SOHO: LASCO/C3
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-06-03T07:23:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N14W13
Active Region Number: 14455
Note Keyword:
HAL: Halo CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
EUVW: EUV Wave
Morphology Keyword:
Note: This CME is visible as a partial halo to the north/northwest in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and GOES CCOR-1 imagery, and to the northeast in STEREO A COR2 imagery. The source is an M7.7 flare from Active Region 14455 (N14W13) starting around 2026-06-03T07:00Z as seen in SDO AIA 131/171/194/304, GOES SUVI 131/171/195/284/304 imagery, and STEREO A EUVI 195/304 imagery. A large ejecta is associated with this event which is deflected to the northwest. Additionally, an EUV wave is observed moving northwest of the eruption site, as seen in SDO AIA 171/193 and GOES SUVI 171/195/284 imagery.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type

CME Analysis M2M_CATALOG LE true SWPC_CAT 19.0 52.0 1474.0 O 31.0 2026-06-03T09:27Z Approximate analysis of the messy, two-lobed bulk front of this CME, based on the fit with three coronagraphs (STEREO A COR2, SOHO LASCO and GOES CCOR-1). There is clear northward deflection from the source location of the M-class flare (N14W13) but the associated erupting filament seems to originate a bit to the west from the flare location and is then seen deflecting northwardly, so the coronal signatures generally confirm this analysis. The half-width of the CME is based on later imagery in STEREO A COR2, as in coronagraphs there is/are later, wider, lobe(s) of this CME that seem to be integral part of it. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
